SHIPPING INFORMATION
NOTE ABOUT KNIVES - We ship knives to destinations in the United States only. If you are in a country outside of the United States, please purchase our knives from one of our Authorized Dealers that service your area. In the event your international dealer does not have stock and we do have stock, send us an email and we can consider options on a case by case basis.
USA ORDERS - All USA orders $100 and over qualify for free USPS ground advantage shipping. All USA orders under $100 will be shipped via USPS ground advantage. The cost of USPS ground advantage for orders under $100 will be calculated by my web store at checkout. There is an additional small handling fee included in your rate to offset packaging and fulfillment expenses.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - All international orders will ship via USPS First Class International. The cost of USPS First Class International will be calculated by my web store at checkout. There is an additional small handling fee included in your rate to offset packaging and fulfillment expenses.
RETURN POLICY
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We do not accept returns on purchases shipped to international destinations due to the excessive cost and risk of loss associated with return transit. Therefore all international orders are final.
USA ORDERS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER - We do not accept returns for products purchased from our authorized dealers. Please contact your authorized dealer directly to process your return pursuant to their Return Policy.
USA ORDERS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE - Unless otherwise noted in a product's listing (e.g. Leather Goods), We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the carrier notes your item as delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all of the packaging. That means the knife cannot be carried in a slip and/or in your pocket. It cannot be used in any way to cut anything. The handle material must be free from stains, and the metal must be free from scratches. The knife and packaging cannot be damaged.
You may remove the knife from the packaging for inspection, which is the extent of the allowable use if a return is desired.
To start a return, please contact us at support@jackwolfknives.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the shipping amount you paid to receive your item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
